Lv18 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "lv18 বাজি") is a licensed online betting and gaming platform. By accessing or using this website or app, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to all members residing in Bangladesh and registered on lv18. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility
The following requirements must be met to open an account with lv18:
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh
- Each person may hold only one account
- Accurate and truthful information must be provided at registration
- You must use your own name and your own payment method
Identity Verification (KYC)
Lv18 complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. Identity verification is therefore mandatory in the following situations:
- For your first withdrawal exceeding ৳5,000
- In the case of suspicious transactions
- When updating account information
A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport may be required for verification. All such information is kept strictly confidential.
Accounts registered with false information may be cancelled at any time, and all balances may be forfeited.
3 Deposit & Payment Rules

Important Deposit Rules
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name
- Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted
- No transaction fees on deposits
- Deposits are typically credited instantly
If your balance doesn't reflect after a deposit, contact our support team with your transaction ID. Issues are typically resolved within 15 minutes.
4 Withdrawal Rules & Process
Withdrawals on lv18 are straightforward and processed quickly. However, the following conditions must be met:
General Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount ৳500
- Maximum single withdrawal ৳50,000 (verified accounts)
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
- A maximum of 3 withdrawal requests may be made per day
Processing Time
- BKash & Nagad: typically within 5–15 minutes
- Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days
Bonus Withdrawal: Winnings derived from bonuses require wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal. This does not apply to cashback and certain withdrawable bonus promotions.
Should any delay occur during the withdrawal process, the lv18 support team will responsibly work to resolve the issue.
5 Bonus & Promo Code Terms and Conditions
Lv18 offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Each bonus carries its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant offer page.
General Bonus Rules
- Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only
- Bonus codes must be entered at the time of registration or during a deposit
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — specific wagering requirements must be met first
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously (unless otherwise specified)
If unusual betting patterns intended to abuse bonuses are detected — such as high-value bets placed on opposing outcomes — lv18 reserves the right to void the bonus and suspend the account.
Free Bets & Vouchers
- Free bet validity is generally 7–30 days
- Unused free bets will be forfeited after the expiry date
- Free bet winnings are directly withdrawable
6 Betting Rules & Regulations
The following rules apply when placing bets on lv18:
Betting Rules
- Minimum ৳100 per bet
- Maximum bet limits vary depending on the event and market
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out feature)
- Only bets placed before an in-play market closes will be accepted
Match Results & Bet Settlement
Lv18 uses internationally recognised data sources to determine bet outcomes. If a match is abandoned or incomplete, stakes are generally refunded, though specific market rules may apply.
In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, lv18 reserves the right to conduct an independent investigation and issue a final ruling. All such decisions are considered binding and conclusive.
Odds Changes
Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are final. lv18 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on lv18. Any violation will result in permanent account closure:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Placing artificial bets to exploit the bonus system
- Opening an account under someone else's name or using another person's details
- Hacking, manipulation, or attempting to breach platform security
- Betting using match-fixing or insider information
- Operating an account on behalf of a third party
- Money laundering or illegal payments
Involvement in any of the above activities may be reported to law enforcement authorities, and all account balances will be subject to forfeiture.
8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Lv18 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
Temporarily Suspended
- If identity verification is pending
- While suspicious transactions are under review
- At the member's request (cooling-off period)
Permanent Closure
- If involved in prohibited activities
- If false information is provided
- Repeated violations of the terms and conditions
Members will be notified via email or in-platform notification prior to account closure. Any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.
To close your account yourself, contact our support team and we'll initiate the process immediately.
9 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Terms & Conditions Changes and Effective Date
Lv18 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:
- The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will reflect any changes
- Members will be notified by email of any significant changes
- Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
